Nasya Therapy

An ancient Ayurvedic practice to clear the senses, calm the mind, and nourish the space between breath and brain.

What is Nasya in Ayurveda?

Nasya is a classical Ayurvedic therapy that involves the gentle administration of herbal oil into the nasal passages. In Sanskrit, "Nasa hi shiraso dwaram" means “the nose is the gateway to the brain.” Through this sacred gateway, Nasya helps to remove toxins from the head, lubricate the nasal tissues, enhance clarity, and balance the mind.

This simple daily ritual is a pillar of Dinacharya (the Ayurvedic daily routine) and is used to support mental focus, emotional stability, respiratory health, and sleep.
