Varanadi Ghritham
Varanadi Ghritham is the simplest of the ghee preparations Art of Vedas offers: Shatavari and Haritaki in a pure ghee base, and nothing else. Its name points to Varana, Crataeva nurvala, the tree that gives the classical Varanadi group of herbs its name.
Ingredients
Ghee (Clarified Butter) (MILK), Asparagus Racemosus (Shatavari), Terminalia Chebula (Haritaki). Allergen: contains milk.

A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Varanadi Ghritham
Shatavari is the classical cooling root of Ayurveda and Haritaki is the first of the three Triphala fruits, so this ghee holds one sweet element and one astringent one. It is soft, mild and plain in taste.
These are classical ghee preparations. Take them under the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner, who can advise on the dose and the length of use that suit you. Each jar holds 150 g and is batch-tested for heavy metals and microbiology.
